I believe what you published was actually very reasonable.

post title? I mean, I don’t wish to tell you how to run your website, however what if you added a title that grabbed a
person’s attention? I mean Jobs at Black Cat Engineering & Construction is a
little vanilla. You could glance at Yahoo’s home page
and see how they create post titles to grab viewers interested.
You might add a video or a related picture or two to grab readers interested about what you’ve written. In my
opinion, it might make your website a little bit more interesting.
