What utter nonense. No world class organisation would recruit like this. I know Total were genuinely interviewing people yesterday in Lagos for commercial roles as my friend was invited and she said their process is rigorous. She had to pass an aptitude test, behavioural test, professional test and had to give a presentation to 6 people on a panel interview. Total mean business……..
