Why the continual wrong submission after indicating valid data,and no provisional contact phone number or e-mail of the consulting firm.

am having issues with the site, it does not accept submission, more disturbing is the fact that the site does not have an email or phone number to contact them and complain, i hope this is not another super story

it appears after successful submission of the application online one should be given an application id, mine wasn’t so want to know how one can co firm his/her application id. Thank You.
