Our Opportunity

An exciting vacancy has arisen for a National Account Executive to join the Cereal Partners team in Welwyn Garden City, working on regional Coops and channels within Morrison plus Iceland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the Customer Business Manager for these customers to ensure that the company’s sales growth and profit objectives are met. This role provides pivotal support to the Customer Business Manager and you will be responsible the promotional performance reports and analysing performance and account administration (internal & external).

This role is aimed at someone who wants to build and develop their career in the fast lane as this role is intended to be a route to career advancement.

You

We’re looking for someone with a varied and strong skill-set who may or may not be educated to degree level or the equivalent. You’ll be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with your colleagues across Cereal Partners. Your customer service skills will be well-rounded, and you’ll be happy to deal with queries quickly and efficiently, whilst being focused on effective problem-solving. You will be results focussed and systems orientated with a positive can do approach, as well as having a strong desire to progress and take on more responsibility.

You’ll have superb analytical skills, and be numerate – previous experience of managing budgets and tracking spend would be a distinct advantage. You must be well-organised and have a sound knowledge of Excel and Power Point with a real passion for career progression. You will need to be a great team player who wants to win as team and build great cross functional team relationships.

What you need to know

Nestlé has a strong benefits package which includes, for this role, a salary of £34K-£36K dependent on experience, a competitive pension, up to 5% bonus and 25 days holiday with an additional 12 days flex.
