Alisa hotels Ltd. is seeking to appoint qualified persons in the role of Business Development Manager and key accounts Manager with competencies to turn its growing fair share into an enviable market share.
Competencies required of the applicant:
- To generate and develop new business opportunities and increase net income for Alisa Hotels.
Required Skills or Experience
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent
- Solid experience in proactive sales, hotels or Hospitality industry in a customer facing role
- Other requirements:
- Outstanding customer service
- Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to speak additional international language, preferably French will be an added advantage
- Previous experience as sales manager, sales and marketing manager or as business development manager in a 4 star and above hotel
