BAT Recruits Microsoft Dynamics CRM Designer – London

 Job purpose and key deliverables     
British American Tobacco currently have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Consultant / Designer, on a permanent basis.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to produce designs and quality assure workable systems / solution designs, which are aligned to IT architectures / standards and deliver required outcomes for projects and other change activities. This may include developing low level design and build of solutions and/or managing the lifecycle of the technology infrastructure.

Design and delivery of technology solutions to meet the agreed project scope and deliver the capability to enable to the benefits to be realised
Transition of technology solutions to the BAT IT organisation standards
Prepare low level design and build of solutions are carried out in accordance to global standards
Delivery of services in accordance with the agreed BAT IT Architecture
Uses appropriate BAT techniques, methodologies and tools
Keep up to technical speed with chosen technical field or expertise to ensure we maintain intellectual property of the Delivery Line
Analyse business processes and/or functions in order to develop functional specifications.
Configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and associated technologies to meet business requirements.
Integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud with other business systems, including SAP ERP, Azure Cloud services, and other external cloud based solutions.
Review system designs in order to ensure quality, sustainability and interoperability with other solutions.
Design efficient business systems and workflows in order to fulfil business and customer requirements.
Review current processes and solutions and identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
Work as part of the IT Delivery team by sharing knowledge via the appropriate forums.

Essential requirements     

Degree in IT related subject, or equivalent
Extensive systems development / design experience with evidence of progression
Experience in large global organisation using in-sourced and out-sourced IT service providers
Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 – 2015 (Cloud) design, configuration & development.
Proven experience and knowledge of business and systems analysis.
Proven knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, JavaScript/JQuery, Web Services, Cloud computing, Java, HTML5, and disconnected mobile clients.
An ideal candidate from a non-BAT background will take 4-6 months to learn BAT processes and governance before being fully productive
