Job Position: HR OFFICER
Location: Vgc / Ikota , Lagos Island
Job Purpose:
• Development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
• Planning, organising, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
Requirements
• Knowledge of Hr Practices and Functions
• Fluent professional English proficiency
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Disciplined and strict person
• Must be a member of CIPM
• A graduating student member can be considered
• Creative problem solver.
• Ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team.
• Atleast 2years experience on the Job
• Should be between age 25 to 35
• Residence in Ikeja or close areas will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
• Technical knowledge and experience in Human Resource planning, recruitment, design and implementation of progressive HR strategies, systems, procedures and practices.
