We are looking to recruit a Senior Human Resources Officer with broad generalist experience in a corporate environment. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for the provision of advice and implementation of projects to operationalize people and performance initiatives to support business operations, with key duties including:

  • Supporting business leadership by providing accurate advice in the areas of staff discipline and performance management
  • Implementation of people and performance practices such as assisting business in KPI setting, incentive planning, job design, and remuneration reviews
  • Generalist HR policy and practice design and review
  • Development and analysis of key people metrics
  • Implementation of employee engagement and retention initiatives, such as talent management, diversity, and employee recognition programs

This is a true generalist opportunity that will see you work directly with business leadership across a broad scope of HR disciplines, in addition this role will also offer support to Organisational Change Management and Workplace Health and Safety Teams. To be successful you will be results focused, a strong team player, and have proven success in stakeholder management.
