Deputy Migration Program Manager (deadline: 01 Nov 2017)

As the Deputy Migration Program Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of Seefar’s projects on human trafficking, modern slavery, migration and refugees. You will be the 2IC of the Migration Program and oversee all the research, M&E, strategic communications, consulting and counselling projects we deliver. This includes managing our program country managers and regional teams. You will have deep program management experience in conflict affected and developing countries, be a natural at managing people from multiple countries, be a fundraising star and someone donors trust, be results focused, and be fluent in English. You can live wherever you like and will have the opportunity to travel. This is a permanent full-time position.

Strategic Communications Manager (deadline: 01 Nov 2017)

As a Strategic Communications Manager at Seefar, you will be helping some of the most vulnerable people in the world achieve better outcomes. You will be leading communications projects on some of the most important issues of our time, including rule of law, social inclusion, migration, human trafficking, modern slavery, violent extremism and gender-based violence. This role works on various communication projects, leading and providing expert input into behaviour change campaigns, online engagement strategies, creative products, PR and media strategies, copywriting and branding efforts across a number of countries. Your attention to detail, creative talent and ability to deliver will be highly valued, as is your complete fluency in written and spoken English. You can live wherever you like and will have the opportunity to travel. This is a permanent full-time position.

Research Manager (deadline: 03 Nov 2017)

As a Research Manager at Seefar you will manage primary source mixed methods research projects globally on some of the most important issues of our time, including refugees, human trafficking, CVE, GBV and social inclusion. You will manage research teams, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, write reports and produce insights for projects and donors globally. You will be an experienced researcher with high quality technical capacities while also possessing strong donor/client engagement skills. You can be based anywhere in the world, must be fluent in English and will have the opportunity to travel. This is a permanent full-time position.

Migration Program Officers – multiple roles (deadline: 01 Nov 2017)

A Migration Program Officer has responsibility for implementing human trafficking, modern slavery and migration related projects globally. You will have demonstrated project management experience in conflict affected and developing countries; have thematic experience on, and a strong interest in, migration issues; enjoy working in a high performing team from multiple countries; be someone donors trust; are results focussed; and have complete fluency in English. You can be based anywhere in the world and will have the opportunity to travel. This is a permanent full-time position.

West Africa Manager (deadline: 01 Nov 2017)

The West Africa Manager has responsibility for implementing projects in West Africa while continuing to build our capability regionally. You will be working on some of the most important issues of our time, including refugees, displaced people, violent extremism, social inclusion and human trafficking. You will have demonstrated project management experience in conflict affected and developing countries, including West Africa. You will have a track record of managing people from multiple countries, be someone donors trust, be results focused, and be fluent in English. You will be based in Nigeria and will have the opportunity to travel. This is a permanent full-time position.

Modern Slavery Communications Officer (deadline: 01 Nov 2017)

Seefar is seeking a passionate and talented Communications Officer for a project in Indonesia. The Communications Officer will be part of the Modern Slavery Communications Project Team, reporting directly to the Project Manager. The Communications Officer will be charged with developing and implementing an information and communications campaign specifically targeting women. This is a full-time position for Indonesian nationals for an initial 10 months, with the possibility of extension. Travel requirements are anticipated to project locations in and around West and Central Java

Consultant Editor (deadline: 21 Oct 2017)

As an Editor you will have overall responsibility for the quality of all publications and documents produced by Seefar’s research, business development and global implementation teams. You will be key to helping us better communicate findings, insights and plans on some of the most important issues of our time – including refugees, human trafficking, violent extremism and modern slavery. Your role will be to polish our work by inserting a bit of flair and by editing for logic, structure, grammar and consistency. You will have a passion for writing and be a champion of clear writing in English. This is a part-time consultant role (days and work hours are flexible) and you can live wherever you like.
