Duties and Responsibilities
• Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Management (SCCM) workstation/application deployment, centralized management.
• Monthly server patching, reporting, prompt remediation for identified vulnerabilities.
• To provide first line helpdesk support (hardware/software) for all clients.
• Manage the centralised Antivirus management platform
• Manage the firms’ Encrypted drive inventory and software.
• Managed workstation backup across multiple locations.
• Update relevant documentations and knowledge databases
• Ensure prompt resolution for operational problems and queries
• Ensure optimum client satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain a knowledge base of issues and procedure for resolution
• Prompt incident escalation /follow-up with the second or third Level Support team
* 2 years + in a similar role.
* Experience with Enterprise System Management tools such as SCCM, MDT.
* Experience with Microsoft Server 2012R2, 2016, Windows 7, Windows 10
* Helpdesk support and Customer management
