Direct and coordinate all concrete production and foundation activities at the project site.

Ensure the optimum utilization of manpower, materials and equipment and that the project will be completed on time and in accordance with safe practices.

Supervise work in progress and ensure that quality and quantity conform to standard and schedules.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years experience in large roads and highways projects, with bridges, culverts and other concrete structures.

Acquainted with cast-in-situ and pre-cast concrete work of bridges, drainage and other road structures.

Good knowledge of concrete materials and mix, formworks.

Experience and knowledge of materials, and laboratory procedures is an advantage.

Technical diploma or an engineering education is an advantage.

Good command of both oral and written English language.
