<div>To control the distribution width and depth of the territory by ensuring more retail outlets carry the Airtel brand.</div>

<div>To identify and recruit suitable channel partners and dealers who will drive the effective distribution of Airtel products in the trade.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>To Network with Channel partners and the dealers and thereby increase penetration within the territory.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Ensure adherence of channel partners and dealers to all guidelines as this will help ensure their profitability and sustain demand.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>To coordinate all sales activities so that sales turnover are optimized.<br />To effectively and timely communicate all schemes/ product launches to distributors and retailers.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Constantly identify opportunities for driving activation, recharge sales and other sales within territory.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>To maximize sales through effective execution and implementation of placement and distribution strategies.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>To coordinate with Sales Training Function for product, process and behavioural trainings of field sales employees.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Constantly ensure field sales employees are optimally deployed by advising channel partners and dealers on route planning, territory management, etc.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Ensure appropriate branding is carried by all active outlets within the territory.<br />Identify visibility opportunities for Airtel brand within the territory</div>

<p>* Maximize customer value through the design of new P&amp;S, pricing, marcom, promotions &amp; targeted campaigns for the Consumer segment.<br /><a name='more'></a><strong>Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong><br />Design Marketing plan in terms of campaigns and P&amp;S for the Consumer segment (High Value and Mass Market groups)</p>
<p>Support and PMO campaign and P&amp;S implementation (conducted by P&amp;S) assisting the implementation process with content related information and ensuring implementation follows designed concept</p>
<p>Collect cross-functional business requirements and feedback for new developments</p>
<p>Develop full ownership of the Consumer segment through a comprehensive understanding of the Consumer segment, leveraging support of the Business Intelligence Unit when necessary<br />Maintain and update Consumer segmentation (High Value and Mass Market) &#8211; reassess as necessary</p>
<p>Perform idea challenge/ screening/ filtering and validation of potential initiatives suggested by the Consumer segment teams before final delivery and approval by marketing director</p>
<p>Manage the deployment of VBM practice contributing for the optimization of the customer experience in terms of campaigns and customer touch points &#8211; included cross- and up-sell activities, acquisition promotions and save team initiatives</p>
<p>Manage all relevant aspects of the Consumer segment that can affect the value proposition of the segment &#8211; ensure retro-feeding from Sales to develop/improve value proposition</p>
<p>Ensure the commercial tracking (commercial KPIs) of the P&amp;S and campaigns launched and share the feedback with the required parties</p>
<p>Monitor segment performance and report to the Marketing Director</p>
<p>Monitor budget control of the different segments to ensure profitability<br /><strong>Key Result Area</strong><br />Manage the creation, delivery, and implementation of the Consumer segment strategy to achieve set targets</p>
<p>* Total Subscribers &#8211; per identified sub-segment (mass market and high value for now)</p>
<p>* Subscribers per product &#8211; prepaid and postpaid</p>
<p>* Revenues</p>
<p>* MoU</p>
<p>* ARPU</p>
