Job Purpose
As a Global Contact Centre agent based in our new Manchester contact centre, you will be the first point of contact for Etihad’s guests and trade partners. An Etihad Global Contact Centre Agent is responsible for exceeding our guest’s expectations by delivering inspirational service whilst maximizing sales opportunities in a culturally diverse environment which handles contacts from our guests globally.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities shall include but limited to:

Deliver inspirational service with each guest contact in line with set standards.
Achieve individual revenue sales targets and contribute to team targets.
Expert knowledge of Etihad’s products, services and procedures.
Support back office functions as required e.g. ticketing, refunds etc.
Requirements
Secondary school education or equivalent. A minimum 2 years guest service and/or contact centre experience.
Experience in airline reservations or a travel organization advantageous.
Training and Knowledge:
Training Amadeus or another GDS for reservations and ticketing advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English, second or third languages in either Russian, Thai, Bengali, Tagalog, Indonesia Bhase, German, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Italian and French is mandatory
Highly computer literate.

Qualifications:

JOB PURPOSE
Outline systems and procedures as per requirements of Head Office as well as local sales offices to ensure revenue collections and control capital and operating expenses to be within the approved budget limits for the Country.
Credit collections on timely basis to boost the cash flow.
Participate in the budget preparations for al the India stations to ensure that budget proposals are on a realistic basis.
Maintain discipline among the staff and foster human relationship to motivate them for a better performance.
Manage the Station (s) Finance Cell to meet the target dates for MIS by proper division of work and optimum utilization of all the factors of production, especially the manpower.
All policies are adhered and financial transactions are timely accounted in line with internal accounting procedures and EY financial policies
Co-ordinate and administer internally and externally and attend to audit and checks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible to
Manage & Review process Finance cell at the station to meet HO targets on monthly closing, Submit KCL / revenue reports and fixed asset confirmation Oracle financials and QBIT.
Monthly Test checks Bills / sales reports.
Prepare/Review Annual Budgets.
Adherence Local laws and regulations relating to Taxes, VAT, Payroll and other applicable matters.
Agreements Finalisation of local agreements Such as handling, catering, Crew accommodation, credit card.
Review of fare sheets released By Pricing Department.
Maintaining Proper books of account.
Review by 20th of each month:
A. Debtor aging.
B. Creditor aging
C.Cash flow
D.Cost centre report

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a University degree in accounting. (Candidates with professional qualifications like CA, Cost Accountant, and Management Accountant will be preferable.
10 – 12 Years experience in Airline accounting with strong exposure to financial accounting, Should have the experience to lead and manage the team of accountants preferably having worked in a similar position at an Outstation.
In addition to above; you are required to have the following:

User level training in Oracle Financials or any ERP for AP/AR/GL modules. Fund Management, Credit Management, Revenue Management, Staff Management.
Airlines Tariff,
IATA rules and regulations,
working of various Revenue Accounting Systems,
Any ERP, Preferably in Oracle Financials.
MS Word/Excel.
Finalization of accounts.
Basic Knowledge on Pax and Cargo accounting
Strong Knowledge of Aviation specific expenditure profile.
Knowledge on contracts.
Thorough knowledge of local laws, rules and regulations pertaining to finance such as VAT, Income tax, GST, Employer and Employee contributions etc.
Must have the right to live and work in Nigeria

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain regional geological models for petroleum systems and propose data purchase or studies to test these concepts.
- Compile relevant data,identifying critical information that impact assessments.
- Evaluate and integrate all relevant data in order to make a technically sound assessment of the prospectivity of basins,plays and prospects using play-based exploration principles.
- Conduct regional 3D and 2D seismic data interpretations,including well-seismic correlation,depth conversion,visualisation,and data management.
- Integrate subsurface well data into regional and prospect-specific seismic interpretation,including facies interpretations,geological controls on reservoir distribution,petrophysics etc.
- Mature and assess the potential of identified prospects,generating well proposals where justified.
- Participate in acreage evaluations.
- Seek timely integration of required contributions from specialists together with own expertise. Ensure cross-discipline integration with PE and geophysical inputs.
- Conduct or direct specialist geological and geochemical studies and integrate potential fields data (gravity,magnetics).
- Utilise GIS for mapping and maintain appropriate data management procedures for archiving and retrieval.
- Assess regional and prospect risks and uncertainties.
- Technical Coach and mentor younger less experienced geologists and other staff,as needed.The successful candidate(s) will work as part of an integrated team.

Requirements:
- Experienced E&P professional, preferably including operational experience.
- Advanced degree in geology or other geosciences discipline required (Masters or higher).
- Strong technical and analytical skills with subsurface experience and proven track record in a variety of stratigraphic and structural settings.
- Thorough understanding of prospect maturation/appraisal and early exploration phase data acquisition requirements and associated operations.
- Workstation skills and ability to provide quality interpretations (2D and 3D) and data interpretations leading to the generation of well proposals and acreage acquisition/divestment.
- An in-depth knowledge of depositional systems and sequence stratigraphic principles.
- Ability to network and collaborate with subsurface (RE, PT, geochem, basin modeling, WE), surface (facilities-cost engineering) and other non-technical disciplines.|
- Ability and confidence to work and think independently, including outside areas of core competence, while contributing as team player.
- Strong HSE awareness.
- Willingness to challenge dogma.
