After registrating and having a password, to fill the form becomes a problem. The web either will refuse to open, or when it opens and after much stress of filling the form only for you to notice that u have wasted your time. I thank the Mgt that made provision for hard copies to be sent incase the online failed. I hop one will not be penalised for having a password and also sending a hard copy.
