To this end we are looking to recruit a Talent Manager to spearhead our talent acquisition and development.

Reporting To;
Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
# Handling the recruitment process in line with the strategic orientations including Talent Attraction, resourcing and Manpower Planning strategies.
# Developing and implementing appropriate training, development and career management programs to ensure a balanced an motivated workforce.
# Managing the full cycle of Performance Management.
# Developing an effective recognition, reward and compensation strategy.
# Working with regional HR managers to ensure that robust talent plans are developed, implemented and aligned to the wider HR strategy.
# Involvement in PZ Cussons global initiatives.
Experience and Background Required;
# A degree in HR, Business Management or Social Sciences.
# A postgraduate qualification in HR or an MBA will be an added advantage.
# At least three years experience in Human Resource Management in a multinational business.
# A minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
# Experience in methodologies of identification and retention of talent.
# A proven track record in Succession and Career Planning.
# Demonstrates strong Leadership Development and People Management Skills.
# Experience of a variety of psychometric instruments will be an added advantage.
