First degree in any of the government recognised insitutions.
B.Sc, HND and OND
Professional Certificates are also acceptable.
REQUIREMENTS:
A. Must possess leadership abilities.
B. Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
C. Must be resident within Lagos State only.
