Title of Position: SENIOR MONITORING & EVALUATION SPECIALIST
Location: Based in Abuja
Supervisor: Deputy Chief of Party (COP), C-Change Nigeria project
Position Summary
The Senior Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist will work closely with program staff, FHI360 Washington and partners to review the project’s M&E approach. S/he will develop conceptual models and M&E designs, including the development of data analysis plans and monitoring and evaluation systems at the country level. S/he will document program performance; be involved in program reporting: provide export consultation and leadership in monitoring and evaluation design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting; and prepare tools to improve programmonitoring and evaluation.
Essential Job Functions
Education
Masters in one of the following or related fields: Research & Evaluation, Management Information Systems, Health, Health Ed. & Behavioral Science, International Health, Behavior Change Communications, Communications, Mass Communications or Public Health required.
