Job Position: Sales Engineer
Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities
Maintains relationships with existing Company clients and develops new contacts throughout Nigeria.
Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
Prepares commercial policy with GM and implements commercial policy accordingly
Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
Able to travel throughout Nigeria (sales territory) to meet client, explore new ones.
Qualification and Key Competencies
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in plumbing and industrial goods sales. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must be prepared for extensive travel.
3-5+ years relevant experience in vendor sales
Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus
Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license.
Job Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Report to: General Manager
Responsibilities
Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all
freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of corporate warehouses.
Maintain strict control over inventory levels in order to meet internal and
external demand of product.
Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or
damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization.
Take into account full implications of freight turnover, size, weight, and
other factors when allocating warehouse space.
Federal Customs shipping experience
Qualification and Key Competencies
Ba/BSc Degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics Management or any Social sciences.
5 years’ + experience in Warehouse/Inventory Management/logistics in a trading/wholesalers (industrial goods) environment.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to make calculations such as discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages.
Knowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
