Steve chuks u no get sense for dat ur head at all, cos if u do u would know dat there are people in dis state dat don’t even get to see N1000 u call just in a month, how much more useing N1000 to buy recharge in 2weeks. Don’t think because u have a thousand Naira to pay for the so called Delta state civil service form that means everyone can afford it. Or are u one of them making poor Nigerians suffer in the means of of plenty??? May GOD help u.

Many of you are full of complains, what is #1000 that you use in recharging you phone for less than 2 weeks just to make meaningless calls Go and look for it borrow, may be this is what will end your complaining. I can’t register online cos the site is saying UNAVAILABLE NOW. So wen will it b available? Also, I don’t understand d #1000 u guys are requesting for.
