Job summary
The Strategic Partnership Manager will be part of the international sales team and act as a key market business leader in the UK with the responsibility of managing the commercial relationships with key distributors and/or corporate customers.
Working relationship
You will work closely with the commercial & other teams internally as well as external parties at all levels.

Meet challenging sales targets and KPIs.
Promote and widen Arik product / network awareness across the retail and corporate travel sectors
Enhance Arik’s relationships with the travel trade and key business travel communities.
Manage a portfolio of high profile clients and service providers in different geographical markets
Drive and lead negotiations on commercial contracts
Represent the company at key trade, industry and business events
Conduct product training seminars and briefings for target travel buyers and travel buying decision-makers.
Collaborate with key HQ departments and personnel to deliver continuous improvement in Arik’s product and service levels, and to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Required skills & qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a university degree or relevant business qualification as well as having several years’ experience in a similar airline commercial management/sales position.

Strong account management skills and experience of dealing with senior level decision makers
Proven track record in account development/retention to meet challenging revenue targets
Commercially astute, analytical, a problem solver
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of the UK and European travel markets
