                  Function
                  Job Summary
 Implementing, monitoring and reporting on customer’s activation, usage, churn and retention, and revenue initiatives to drive achievement of business objectives assigned to the High Value Prepaid Segment.
                  Providing relevant and up to date information to aid proper decision making within the authority limits of the Segment manager
                  Principal Functions
 Identify and execute strategic opportunities to grow activations, usage and revenue across all High Value Prepaid Segment (Easylife/ Easyflex) products
                  Support in strategy formulation and execution to foster achievement of segment targets
                  Ensure quality delivery of High Value Prepaid projects within budget and on time
                  Ensure the profitability of the High Value Prepaid Segment
                  Identify partnership opportunities (short & long term) that will grow segments profitability and awareness
                  Develop marketing strategies and engagement plans for High Value Prepaid customers on the network.
                  Ensure regular, accurate and timely monitoring of projects and activities to ensure quick resolution of challenges
                  Positively manage relationship with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful projects completion/delivery
                  Generate and analyse weekly reports that showcase product performance and highlights areas of improvement
                  Build Easylife/ Easyflex product TOMA in consumers’ minds through usage of relevant communication drivers
                  Coordinate product promotion, Re-vamps, launches and re-launches end-to-end
                  Monitor product against market trends to ensure the product is strategically positioned for target audience
                  Proactively develop, pitch and implement new marketing initiatives as well as input in overall strategy to drive acquisition, usage and revenue growth of the business
                  Research Industry evolution & competition’s activities in order to identify segment specific gaps and Strategies to exploit them to Etisalat’s advantage
                  Other duties as assigned by line manager or Head of department
                  Educational Requirements
 First degree
                  Masters in relevant course (MA/MBA/MSc) will be an added advantage
                  Experience,Skills & Competencies
                  3- 5 years relevant post-NYSC work experience required
                  Basic Segmentation Knowledge
                  Marketing plans, advertising materials and product life cycle monitoring
