Job Responsibilities:

Supervise the Catering Manager and the Duty/Service Managers
Supervise the delivery of catering and recreational services to members of the club to ensure efficiency of service and delivery of high quality food/snacks
Ensure that a high level of cleanliness of the premises is maintained always
Liaise with the General Manager to ensure that optimum stock levels of Food and Beverages are maintained in the Club
Liaise with the General Manager to ensure that services to the Club are not impacted by faulty equipment, machinery and damaged facilities
Provide effective security for life as well as the property of the club
Represent the General Manager at Sectional meetings and Adhoc Sub-committee meetings, as and when directed

Job Requirements:

A University degree, preferably with technical background/knowledge
Hospitality Industry Training/Certification will be an added advantage
Minimum of 7 years experience
Less than 45 years of age
