Role Purpose:
To drive revenue delivery, improve customer satisfaction and maximise efficiency gains across multiple products for VGE customers in the UK. To be delivered through the consistent management and ownership of the full end-to-end Contract Implementation, Customer On-boarding and Service Delivery process for VGE in country contracts.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that VGE customers are onboarded as per contract.
• Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate revenue delivery and implementation timescales.
• Engage with key Delivery Teams in the OpCo to track, manage and report on the timely delivery of Contracts and Service Implementations.
• Own and deliver local WIP opportunities to drive and accelerate IYR
• Provide detailed tracking and reporting of local WIP opportunities across all technologies against the sales plan.

Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:

• Able to parachute into any customer and own, define, communicate and deliver VGE services as per Sales plan.
• Customer obsessed, able to nurture and manage customer relationships on all levels
• Strong communication skills able to articulate key messages using influencing and relationship skills
• Able to, design, implement and improve processes with a can-do attitude when working in a demanding and challenging environment
• Self-starter – must be proactive, initiate and drive work streams, able to operate independently and take the initiative.

Technical/Professional Qualifications:

• ITIL Certified or equivalent commercial experience
• Programme Management (Prince2)
