Job Summary
• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales quota as assigned by sales manager.
• Responsible for reporting all sales activities on daily basis.
• Carry out set number of visits per day, week, and month.
• Focus on direct sales to end users and B2B sales.
• Focus on new sales acquisitions
• Maintain high level of exposure in the local market
• Follow up on after sales service and customer satisfaction.
• Gathering feedback from end users.
• Responsible for the security, confidentiality and Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s information security policies.
• Duties and responsibilities outlined may vary over time and are subject to management review and amendment.
• Any other Tasks assigned by direct superior/ Sales Manager
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum SSSCE /WASSCE
• 1-2 years of experience in direct sales and customer care.
• Good Communication skills
• Good Sales skills /Target oriented
• Enthusiastic / Can-do attitude
• Good Business sense
• Good Negotiating/ influence abilities
• Good Command of English and at least one local Ghanaian language (Twi , Ga , Ewe ,Hausa)
