The Global Management Trainee Programme is a maximum two-year accelerated development programme that is the start of a rewarding career path at BAT. As a Management Trainee (MT) you will be given the opportunity to work on real tasks from the outset, directly contributing to the business and taking on increased levels of responsibility as you progress. The MT Programme will provide you with a solid foundation in marketing, and will enhance your leadership and business competency development. The programme is structured around a highly effective integrated learning approach, with focus on project work, on-the-job development, interaction with your programme Coach & senior Mentor, and formal training programmes.

Are you looking for a challenge in Marketing?
As a Marketing Management Trainee, you will be able to broaden your understanding of the Marketing spectrum through rotations in our Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing including Field Force, and Strategic Planning & Insights Teams. The final part of your MT programme involves an international assignment, so that you can continue to develop your Marketing skills in another market with different challenges, and to build your network within BAT.

• have a university degree or equivalent and between 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• possess strong intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background
