Job Description
To be responsible for various Civil Engineering projects like roads
Perimeter fencing, building and plant construction, real estate etc. with all the accompanying legal documentations
To undertake other duties as may be assigned by Management
To be in charge of field works and writing of field reports to the managing director
To be charge of other field workers and coordinating activities as well as writing reports to management on field happenings
To manage and supervise the safe and good use of the company’s field assets to bring in more returns
Required Skills or Experience
A good first degree or HND in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years Cognate experience in building and construction
A high sense of responsibility and commitment to duty
Good knowledge of Ghana laws and regulations on real estates, building, Construction and other Civil Engineering activities
