Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and report Monthly and Yearly – End Accounts
- Assist COO in the preparation of the Company’s Financial Budget and Forecasting
- Reconcile and Analyse Accounts
- Ensure proper implementation of company’s financial policies
- Manage Transactions with Suppliers on credit Levels
- Keep history/record of Transactions between Agency and clients; Agency and Suppliers
- Conversant with costing and Management Account
- Ensure daily maintenance and submission of cash book summary
- Prepare staff monthly Payroll, remit pension and Payee.
- Oversee administrative functions of the Company.
- Ensure daily postings of all financial transactions into the General ledger
Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc /HND Accounting
- Ability to use Accounting Software Packages in addition to Microsoft Office tools
- A professional Accounting Qualification, ICAN, ACA or ACCA
- Minimum of 5 years’ Experience on the job at a Managerial level
- Effective Communications Skills
- Good interpersonal and Managerial Skills
