Supply Chain Management is responsible for all this process: from sourcing the raw materials to getting a great product onto the supermarket shelves.

You could be finding a new way to get 12,000 litres of ice cream across the desert without it melting; transforming the way the world’s largest spreads factory operates in the personal care industry; or designing a more efficient distribution network to enable us to store and deliver our home care products sustainably to our customers. There’s always a new challenge to tackle and it will be made by you. You can contribute and guarantee plant functioning that gives to the world a high quality product like Cornetto or Dove. Every time someone testes the ice cream or uses the personal care product, they will test your work and feel the passion you work with.

Key Responsibilities
What will the programme involve?

Over three years you’ll cover 6/12 months placements to provide experience in our key areas:

• The Planning team (either based at Head Office, a local factory, the European SupplyChain Company – based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland)

• A customer service role at Head Office working directly with our external retail customers

• A supervisory placement (leading a production team in one of our factories)

• A project role which will see you take on a variety of challenges.

Qualifications
What do we look for?

Whichever area you work in – Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing or Logistics – you’ll need to be an excellent analytical thinker with a drive for getting things done and a real talent for delivering through others.

We are looking for fast learner and ambitious candidates with a background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations Management.

You may also have the opportunity to work internationally. It’s up to you and you excellent performances.
