Sales manager with acquisition focus

Skills & requirements – You

• have a background in sales, business administration, communication, PR or a similar field
• speak English and German fluently, other languages are a plus
• have first experience in sales, customer acquisition and customer service
• know how to work with Excel / Google Sheets and ideally have first experience CRM software like Salesforce
• have a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• have excellent communication skills as well as a professional and customer-oriented personality
• love being on the phone and you are passionate about turning potential customers into long-term partners

At Bitbond you will

• be in charge of acquiring new borrowers via phone and email
• proactively follow up on open leads via phone and email
• generate, maintain and update our CRM database of potential sales leads
• make improvement suggestions on the sales process
• take care of incoming enquiries of new potential borrowers
• follow-up and accompany new borrowers through the onboarding process

Job Title: Intern in collections and customer support

Learn about credit collections, financial technology and bitcoin while doing 3-month internships at Bitbond. Join our team in Berlin!

Skills & requirements – You

• are a student or just finished a university degree in finance, economics, law or a similar field
• speak English plus Spanish or German
• are interested in credit risk assessment, debt collection and customer service
• know how to work with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• have a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• are interested in startups
• want to learn about bitcoin and innovative financial services

• answer customer support requests and engage with our active users
• reach out to overdue borrowers via email and phone for collection purposes
• analyze historical data of repaid and defaulted loans
• make improvement suggestions on the current collection process
• conduct market research on collection techniques
• create content for our online help section
• help us create personal finance related content for our blogs
