Job Description:
•Provide Tier 2 end user support for all data and systems relating to all bank functions.
•Install and/or repair hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following manufacturer design and/or installation specifications.
•Responsible for maintaining all system and application patches on all Bank equipment.
•Responsible for maintaining anti-virus/malware, HIPS, firewall and other security software on all Bank servers and PCs.
•Respond to automated alerts and /or directly reported technical issues relating to all data and voice systems relating to all bank functions. Escalate issues to appropriate level for resolution when necessary.
•Responsible for ensuring successful backups and off-site replication.
•Participate in disaster recovery, planning and execution, as well as responsible for annual IT disaster testing.
•Maintain all software licensing and hardware assets, including all computers, tablets, servers, network equipment, mobile devices, printer equipment, and all other expensive data processing equipment.
•Maintain working knowledge of Network Infrastructure and Design. Including but not limited to all LAN/WAN infrastructure and ISP connections.
•Maintain comprehensive and multifaceted security review process relating to all network and data processing functions of the Bank. Including but not limited log management of Operating systems, server and end user applications, hardware, and IT systems.
•Provide oversight and low level support of ATMs, as well as interacting with ATM vendors.
•Responsible for setup and support of Bank’s mobile devices.
•Adhere to guidelines established in bank policies, with emphasis on the Information Security Program.
•Assist in the design and implementation of new and existing technologies adopted by the Bank.
•Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
Responsible for the overall
technology/data processing function of the bank
Establishes the IT strategy and budget for the bank.
Identifies and prioritizes current and future technology needs of the bank.
Maintains compliance with all banking industry specific IT compliance and audit requirements.
Coordinates and manages core banking systems, third party
applications, network including WAN/LAN,file servers and telephon
e equipment & service.Works closely with lending and operations areas of the bank to facilitate technology needs.
Identifies and pursues technology opportunities in the financial services industries and adapts applications to the bank.
Performs cost/benefit analysis on technology proposals.
Perform duties of Information Security Officer to include, but not limited to:
-Implementing the information security strategy and objectives, as approved by the board of directors, including strategies to monitor
current & emerging risks.
=Engaging with management in the lines of business to understand new initiatives, providing information on the inherent information security risk of these activities and outlining ways to mitigate the risks.
=Working with management in the lines of business to understand the flows of information, the risks to that information and the best ways to protect the information.
=Monitoring emerging risks and implementing mitigations.
=Informing the board, management and staff of information security and cybersecurity risks and the role of staff in protecting information.
=Championing security awareness and training programs.
=Participating in industry collaborative efforts to monitor, share and discuss emerging security threats.
=Reporting significant security events to the board, steering committee, government agencies and law enforcement, as
appropriate.
=Maintains vendor relations with respect to IT consulting, upgrades, maintenance and repair.
=Coordinates IT audits, examinations and perimeter penetration/
vulnerability testing.
=Responsible for the overall business continuity plan and disaster recovery policy and related procedures and programs of the bank.
=Responsible for the overall program to manage cybersecurity risk for the bank.
=Coordinates IT and information security awareness training for staff and the board of directors.
=Responsible for leading the vendor management program and policy of the bank.
=Responds promptly to the technology needs to both internal and external customers.
=Maintains highest level of confidentiality related to bank, customer,
director and employee information.
