Provide support for all users of AX across the group.
Participate in the coordination of software releases, fixes& upgrades with technical team and users.
Resolve issues on the IT helpdesk portal.
Troubleshoot & research all ERP related hardware/software issues.
Escalate intractable service requests to the Help Desk Manager

5 O-Levels credits including mathematics and English
First degree in Computer Science or any related Discipline
Microsoft Dynamics AX certification
1 year cognate experience in similar role and general IT support
