About the role

The Finance & administration assistant provides support to the Field Office on: financial management, reporting, and documentation of finance, HR and administrative issues and field office expenditure control.

He/she also ensures the compliance with CA staff policy, internal financial control policies and procedures, donor requirements, and regulatory requirements at the field office level.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate who can work with both internal CA staff and external stake holders,partners and government departments. You will need to be proactive, solution-focused and have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. You will be a team player, able to establish good team relationships across CA staff. The position is line managed by the Program Officer/Area programme Coordinator.
