For every child, hope How can you make a difference?provide support for Private Sector Fundraising within Kuwait and other relevant GCC markets and share knowledge with the wider fundraising team..the consultant will be expected to:•Conduct a country analysis and stakeholder mapping for Kuwait•Comprehensive research profiles on all prospects within Kuwait (corporates, High Net worth Individuals, and foundations)•Establish initial connections, secure and attend introductory meetings with prospects in Kuwait•Drive, together with the guidance of the Fundraising Manager and Fundraising Specialists the new business pipeline (corporates, HNWI & foundations) in Kuwait•Generate reports and briefings papers as required •Support with research into other GCC markets where relevant.The consultant will be expected to deliver:•Kuwait stakeholder mapping •Kuwait prospect list of corporates, HNWI, and foundations and their profiles • Final report summarizing milestones achieved and key discussion points with prospects and recommendation for next step To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…•Advanced degree in a relevant field. A first level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.•Prior experience supporting teams with fundraising activities whether in a local, regional, or HQ capacity. •Ability to work independently and to meet tight deadlines.•Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.•Knowledge of the Gulf business and philanthropic environment.•Fluent in English (written and spoken) and preferably Arabic.•3-5 prior years of professional skills in related fields, professional experience in the Gulf region, and prior experience working with UN entities will be considered.For every Child, you demonstrate…UNICEF’s core values of Commitment, Diversity and Integrity and core competencies in Communication, Working with People and Drive for Results.
