About the role

The post holder will contribute to Christian Aid humanitarian program in Borno state and to support the effective implementation of CAID/FAO funded Livelihood response in Monguno, Magumari, Chibok and Hawul  local government areas, Borno state. He/she will coordinate all logistics liaising with other teams to ensure effective logistics management in the project.  The post holder will will focus on logistics supports but also work in close cooperation with other logistics and field staff to ensure that related logistics issues are coordinated.

About you

You must have a first degree in any of the Social Sciences or related field with at least 2 years’ experience of working with local and international partner organisations. You should have good knowledge of working in a humanitarian programme environment. Knowledge of providing logistics support to programmes and programme staff in international/national and local agencies is essential. You are required to have strong writing, analytical and documentation skills. You are required to be knowledgeable about development issues and current affairs especially in Northern Nigeria.
