<p><strong>Supply Planning Manager</strong><br />Reporting directly to the Supply Director, the incumbent will oversee the provision of an efficient and effective supply planning system that consistently deliver uninterrupted product supply and ensuring optimal customer service levels are delivered. Scope of job will include: Material Requirement Planning; Capacity planning (Supply and Supplier); Manage S&#038;OP process; Inventory Management and Port clearance</p>
<p>To be qualified, applicants must possess:</p>
<p>B.Sc. or equivalent in Applied Sciences, Engineering or Business Administration <br />Around 7 years of relevant practical experience in on FCMG <br />Strong analytical skills, numerate and communication skills. <br />In depth knowledge of Supply Chain planning and optimization, Sales Forecasting and Replenishment, Operations Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Performance Management as well as Application and exploitation of IT. <br /><strong>Logistics Manager</strong><br />Reporting directly to the Supply Director, job holder will be responsible for providing world-class customer services through implementation of superior strategies. Scope of job includes distribution of finished Products, management of contracted haulage services, export of finished Product, Demand Management as well as warehousing Operations.<br /><strong><br />Requirement</strong><br />Minimum B.Sc. or equivalent in Sciences, Engineering or Business Administration from a recognised institution. <br />Around 7 years of relevant practical experience in logistics and warehousing operation, in an FMCG environment. <br />Must be computer literate. <br />Leadership, Teamwork, Communication and Problem solving skills <br />Sound knowledge of Distribution management, Import and Export planning, financial Awareness and Management. <p><strong>The Candidate:</strong></p>
<p>The successful candidate must have<span class="fullpost"> clear understanding of core Geoscience concepts and principles, as well as be self-motivated with the ability to make effective individual contributions within a functional team.</p>
<p>No previous experience is required, but the demonstrated ability to learn and integrate quickly is an advantage. The ideal candidate must fit the following profile:</p>
<p>Bachelors of Science with a minimum of second class upper in Geoscience (Geology or Geophysics) in addition <br />Master of Science degree in Geoscience (Geology or Geophysics). <br />Candidates expecting to obtain a Masters Degree by October 2009 may also apply <br />Possess NYSC discharge or exemption certificate <br />Please note that candidates who participated in our 2007 or 2008 Geoscience recruitment campaigns are not eligible to apply for this position.</p>
<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>
<p>The successful candidates will undergo a 2-3 year training program in various geoscience skill areas. The training will be on-the-job and will prepare the individuals for assignments in any designated aspect of petroleum exploration and production in Nigeria.<br />Deadline is 9th March 2009 </p>

<p>the successful candidate will report to the general manager, who is the chief executive and operating officer of muson. the deputy general manager should be able to act effectively in the absence of the chief executive.<br />he/she will lead a team of executives in planning, organizing, promoting and managing the facilities at the centre and the activities of the society in line with the mission of muson.</p>
<p>* the facilities of the centre will be expected to run along strict commercial lines and therefore, the deputy general manager will be specifically responsible for initiating and executing high standards of operations and customer service.<br />* he/she will coordinate the activities of the centre in the areas of programming of concerts, membership liaison and effective promotion of the activities of the society.<br />* the ideal candidate will be an accomplished executive with untainted integrity.<br />* he/she should possess a minimum of a good first degree and considerable management experience at similar levels.<br />* it is expected that the candidate will have more than passive interest in the performing arts particularly music, theatre and dance. <br />* the successful candidate must be ready to work flexible and sometimes unsociable hours as demanded by the responsibilities of the position.<br />remuneration<br />the salary for the position is competitive.</p>
