<p><strong>Job description</strong><br />
Position will provide analytical and operational support to the Investment Manager. This position will enjoy exposure to a range of investment classes, including bonds, mutual funds, quoted equities, REIT, private equities and real estate. The analyst will determine the value of existing investments, create advice reports, and research new investments.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br />
Regular financial, industry and economic analyses to facilitate decision making<br />
Accurate and regular investment/stock analysis report<br />
Accurate investment timing and buy-and-sell order recommendations.<br />
Timely Investment Strategy Committee review and presentation materials.<br />
<strong>Qualifications et experience</strong><br />
A university graduate in a quantitative discipline (Maths, Science, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Admin); CFA qualification an advantage;<br />
8 to 10 years post–B.Sc. work experience in the financial/investment industry with at least 3 years of experience in securities market, preferable in equities/bonds trading and or research and analysis.<br />
Cross asset class experience (at least two out of credit, equity, fixed income and real estate).<br />
The ability to research, analyze and evaluate companies and markets<br />
Excellent understanding of the capital markets and the investment decision process<br />
Strong financial modeling skills, solid grasp of company valuations, and analysis of financial statements and investments<br />
Excellent analytical and computer skills and communication skills.<br />
Ability to work independently and in a team<br />
Must be able to structure transactions; negotiate deal terms with brokers/agents and with internal investment/risk management team; and close the transaction.<br />

<p><b>Job description</b><br />The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all travel needs with specific focus on visa arrangements. Provide support to employees (travelers) by giving out information regarding travel regulations, visa procedures and arrangements</p>
<p>The position is based in Lagos.</p>
<p>Responsibilities<br />Processing and coordination of visa applications for all employees.<br />Screening of all submitted visa applications to ensure completeness of all supporting documents.<br />Booking of visa appointments and preparing travel insurance documents.<br />Provide updates to related parties on visa applications.<br />Continuous and open communication with internal customers regarding travel needs.<br />Establishing and maintaining cordial relationships with embassies<br />Administer and maintain travel resources by updating data bases.<br />Keep, maintain and manage proper and accurate monthly visa expenditures records<br />Designing process maps for easy workflow.<br />Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<br />Carrying out periodic review &amp; analysis of current visa processes/ procedures and recommend improvement strategies.<br />Ensure effective maintenance of all visa records, and other related documentation for easy tracking of information.<br />Ensure the visa team understands the visa processes and their roles in them therefore eliminating all errors in the visa application process.<br />Other administrative task as maybe be assigned from time to time.<br />Expense reporting in line with agreed cash budget limits<br />International flights reporting monthly<br />Weekly visa status report<br />Qualifications et experience<br />3-5 years experience as a travel coordinator<br />Must have worked in a multinational, recognized travel agency, embassy or a travel dept<br />Workable knowledge of written and spoken French is an added advantage.<br />Demonstrated Experience/Knowledge in all aspects of travel.<br />Demonstrated customer service skills, very receptive and good attention to detail<br />Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, think pro-actively, and problem solving skills<br />Demonstrated interpersonal skills and customer focus approach.<br />What is on offer<br />Attractive Package</p>

<p>He is responsible for all of the policies, practices, and operations for the Safety, Health, and Environmental functions within the Terminal.</p>
<p>He also manages the damage claims generated by the terminal as also the handling of dangerous goods &amp; emergency situations which arise.</p>
<p>He reports directly to the MD.</p>
<p><span style="color: red;">Responsibilities</span><br />Ensure safety, health and environmental working conditions are followed at all times.<br />Implementation of policies, procedures and systems to provide for a safe and secure business operation.<br />Enforce safe working practices and ensure lost time injuries are kept to a minimum.<br />Drive and manage the Group global aim to be recognized as an industry leader within the field of Safety and Security.<br />Apply the overall Group Terminals standards and guidelines on HSE.<br />Represent the company with local government organizations related to safety, and health, in order to ensure a mutual understanding of the Company’s goals and requirements, and to work in a cooperative partnership with local resources.<br />Prepare facility audits to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determine corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follow-up to ensure measures have been implemented.<br />Responsible for setting and achieving the budget for the HSE department. Coordinate studies and analyses of industrial accident causes and hazards to health for use by company personnel and outside agencies.<br />Lead the accident/incident investigation and reporting.<br />Ensure that all safety &amp; environmental issues are managed fulfilling the requirements of all the regulations applicable by National laws.<br />Ensure that all damage claims are handled fulfilling the requirements of all the regulations applicable according to national and international laws (maritime laws).<br />Ensure that emergencies are handled fulfilling the requirements of the regulations applicable nationally &amp; internationally<br /><span style="color: red;">Qualifications et experience</span><br />Requires a College or Higher degree and certification in safety, and quality management.<br />Requires a proven record of HSE management experience from preferably port operations and/or similar industrial environments.<br />Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.<br />General knowledge and experience on terminal practices (medium level as minimum).<br />Knowledge and experience on claims management and insurance.<br />Knowledge and experience relating the handling of dangerous goods &amp; emergency situations.<br />Ability to provide leadership, obtain cooperation and assistance to meet objectives.
