<p>Contribute to the mission of the Supply Chain Department through managing and consolidating sales forecasts, ensuring customer database maintenance consolidating sales data. The Supply Chain coordinator follows stocks coverage in multiple West African countries and ensures the right transmission of customer orders between customers and Sales administration department in Africa and sales administration in Europe. </p>
<p><span style="color: red;">The position is based in Lagos.</span><br style="color: red;" /><span style="color: red;">Responsibilities</span></p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Maintenance of the customer database<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Proceed to the consolidation of statistical (customer contacts) and qualitative (field information feed-back) data of operational areas sales force reporting system and submit useful solutions to optimise “marketing-sales” action<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Demand Management: Following internal sales and stock coverage within customers in countries on a monthly basis in order to manage sales forecasting.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Consolidate sales forecasts for the area for which he/she is responsible and communicate these sales forecasts to the head of supply chain in for consolidation<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Maintain Contact with customers and field officers.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Follow up of inventory levels with distributors<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Follow up sales levels with each customer in different countries<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Taking note of customers’ requirements in term of order processing to improve customer service.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Participating in business meetings with Customers together with Head of Supply Chain<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Update strategic products’ database (stock, monthly sales, sales forecasts) over a period of 12 months</p>
<p><span style="color: red;">Qualifications et experience</span></p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * BA/BSc Degree / HND with&nbsp; biology and mathematics<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 3 years product management or other pharmaceutical management experience or FMCG.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * FMCG training with at least 3yrs of Brand/Product Management experience from recognised International Company.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Good experience with formal brand planning processes with P&amp;L forecasting/ structures.Experience in West African countries would be an advantage<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Cost management, pricing strategy, research based methodologies for commercial application.Strong Consumer Health Care background an advantage<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * New product development experience <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its distribution system<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Effective strategic planning abilities<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Ability to communicate commercial value of our products to target audience<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Willing and able to travel extensively<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Analytic&amp; synthetic capacity<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Effective forecasting, budgeting skills<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Top negotiating skills<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Developing skills, training and enabling learning on the job <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Making decisions &amp; driving necessary changes for performance<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * Knowing how to deal with conflict</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br /><strong>Main duties and responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>* Monitor and ensure compliance with Company statutory health, safety &amp; environmental rules &amp; regulations.</p>
<p>* Advise and assist personnel with regard of health, safety &amp; environmental management matters for all field of activity performed on site.</p>
<p>* Liaise with the client, enforcement agencies and other third parties as required.</p>
<p>* Ensure that the management key personnel is aware of all health, safety &amp; environmental issues and appropriate corrective actions, preventive actions are implemented.</p>
<p>* Carry out HSE induction training for all new personnel engaged and maintain records relating thereto accordingly.</p>
<p>* Assist with the presentation of daily/weekly safety talks, including researching suitable topics, preparing presentation notes and assisting with the presentation of subject matter.</p>

<p>* Act as emergency response co-ordinator and facilitate implementation &amp; maintenance of emergency plan requirements as applicable.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>An international industrial group is looking for a <strong>Human Resources Manager</strong> to support its operations in Cameroon.<br /><a name='more'></a><br /><strong>Job description</strong><br />The HR Manager will have to ensure the development and implementation of the Group’s policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements, best practice and innovative approaches.</p>
<p>The expectation from the incumbent is to devise end to end business pertinent HR policies / customizations right through the staffing, PMS, Engagement and Introducing career, learning and growth paths for employees but also, to deal with all HR issues efficiently to help achieve the overall business goals.</p>
<p>The candidate should be a strong HR Generalist with a proven record of delivering results. He/she must demonstrate a can do attitude and have the capability to motivate and challenge a team.<br />The position is based in Cameroon.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>* Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, performance appraisals and quality management issues)</p>
<p>* Establish and maintain appropriate RH systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development</p>
