<p><strong>Job description</strong></p>
<p>Gérer et effectuer tous les achats locaux :<br />
-Sassurer du respect de la procédure achat et code de conduite<br />
-Éditer les commandes<br />
-Effectuer les réceptions (Contrôle de conformité) et contrôler les factures.<br />
-Gérer et superviser tous les achats « Petit Cash » de la filiale.<br />
-Travailler sur les achats internationaux suivant les directives de la hiérarchie.<br />
-Assurer le classement et larchivage de toutes les commandes.<br />
-Effectuer la réception de tous les achats livrés à Alger.<br />
-Gérer et superviser toutes les opérations de dédouanement de la filiale, inclus les effets personnels des expatriés.<br />
-Superviser la gestion du stock de fourniture de bureau.<br />
-Suivre et tenir à jour les listes des immobilisations (hors IS/IIT) des différents sites (Alger, Hassi Messaoud, etc)<br />
-Superviser les travaux des différents contrats de maintenance des bureaux dAlger<br />
*Établir les commandes.<br />
*Suivre et contrôler lexécution des travaux.<br />
*Contrôle des coûts et des budgets associés.<br />
-Travaux divers : Exécuter diverses tâches liées à la logistique et à la demande de la hiérarchie.</p>
<p>Suite au niveau soutenu des activités dexploration de la filiale :<br />
-Fort niveau des activités achats<br />
-Fort niveau des opérations de dédouanements et ce en plusieurs points (3 minimums)<br />
-Extension des bureaux de la filiale (à Alger, Hmd, Timimoun , etc..)<br />
-Arrivée dexpatriés et déménagements<br />
- Optimiser le ratio Qualité/Prix de la filiale sur les achats locaux et veiller à lapplication de la procédure achats, biens et Services de la filiale ainsi que du code de conduite.<br />
-Minimiser le transit douanier du matériel importé.</p>

<p><strong>Background:</strong> The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) invites applications for the position of a Country Coordinator.<br />
IITA is an international non-profit research-for-development (R4D) organization created in 1967, governed by a Board of Trustees, and supported primarily by the Consultative Group of International Agricultural Research (CGIAR). Our R4D is anchored on the development needs of sub-Saharan Africa. We develop agricultural solutions with our partners to tackle hunger and poverty by reducing producer and consumer risks, enhancing crop quality and productivity, and generating wealth from agriculture. Position/Responsibilities:<br />
The STCP Country Coordinator (CC) will report directly to the STCP Program Manager (PM). The CC will be stationed at the STCP country office which is located at Gbargna. The CC will also liaise with and coordinate STCP activities with the IITA Country Representative who is based in Monrovia.<br />
The CC will be responsible for developing and implementing, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, a research and development program focusing principally on the cocoa sector but will also include other tree and staple crops. To this end the CC will lead a STCP country office management team and will work closely with government, donors, partner organizations and farmer organizations.<br />
Specific duties<br />
Ensure that the STCP Country Office is managed and administered in a first class manner according to IITA policy and procedures.<br />
In consultation with the PM/regional team establish the direction and goals of the country program.<br />
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with government, donors and partners.<br />
Identify, develop and prepare project proposals.<br />
Search for local, regional and international funding sources.<br />
Identify critical constraints to achieving the STCP vision and propose and test scaleable approaches for the development of new innovations to address those constraints.<br />
Plan for the implementation of a successful exit strategy.<br />
Management<br />
Fully responsible for managing the country level portfolio of projects and activities.<br />
Develop and maintain a strong and motivated country team based on good communication and through monthly staff meetings.<br />
Undertake regular field visits and checks (at least every month) to oversee project implementation.<br />
Establish an effective management information system to monitor project activities based on monthly reports of field projects.<br />
Ensure that essential project data is captured and recorded in timely manner and undertake periodic analysis and assessments of this data.<br />
Identify field project needs and ensure timely and necessary support.<br />
Coordination<br />
Establish and maintain strong working relationship with the Ministry of Agriculture on the basis of the production of a monthly briefing note and monthly meetings.<br />
Contribute to the strengthening and development of the country&#8217;s agricultural research agenda.<br />
Facilitate appropriate country level tree crop policy dialogue and change.<br />
Establish and maintain strong relationships with donors and partners through regular meetings.<br />
Convene country level stakeholder roundtables/seminars/workshops on key strategic issues.<br />
Liaise and coordinate STCP field activities/components in collaboration with technical implementers and project partners to ensure smooth implementation and to address any constraints.<br />
Organize field visits for representatives of government, donors and partners to successful field activities.<br />
Develop innovation platforms/partnerships with local stakeholders for defining constraints and identifying innovative solutions for testing and scaling out.<br />
Establish and maintain a national strategic network of stakeholders to facilitate implementation of activities and to develop new approaches.<br />
Liaise and coordinate with the regional office on key and cross border issues.<br />
Planning and Reporting<br />
Draft comprehensive and detailed STCP annual work plans and budgets.<br />
Draft work plans and budgets for ongoing projects.<br />
Prepare quarterly STCP progress reports and submit to the PM.<br />
Draft STCP annual and six month progress reports and present at regional steering committee meetings.<br />
Draft and timely submit reports to donors/regional office for bilateral projects.<br />
In collaboration with local partners and the regional office identify new projects and draft concept notes, project plans and proposals.<br />
Administration<br />
Ensure that the STCP office fully installs and completely follows IITA administrative procedures and systems.<br />
Responsible for the recruitment, appointment, training and discipline of all program staff.<br />
Responsible for the identification of short term consultants, drafting of TOR and contracts in line with IITA policy.<br />
Undertake the negotiation and drafting of contracts with partner organizations.<br />
Financial Management<br />
Prepare annual budgets for STCP and bilateral projects and submit to the regional Finance Manager for approval.<br />
Responsible for the implementation of budgets and accountability through the timely submission of financial reports to the Finance Manager.<br />
In collaboration with the FM establish and maintain a financial management system in the country office.<br />
Public Relations<br />
Design and implement a publicity agenda (media interviews and appearances, newspaper articles, etc) to promote and raise the profile of the STCP country program.<br />
Establish and maintain excellent public relations for IITA/STCP.<br />
Prepare documents and publications to ensure a high program visibility.<br />
Attend relevant national, regional and international meetings and conferences to promote IITA/STCP.<br />
Other<br />
Undertake any other duties assigned by the PM.<br />
<strong>Qualifications/Experience:</strong><br />
Minimum qualification of a master’s degree and will have studied agriculture, natural resource management, forestry or the social sciences. However, other study areas will be considered.<br />
At least 8 years working experience in a managerial position preferably in the humid tropical zone in Africa and in multi-cultural environments.<br />
Experience in a post-conflict environment would be advantageous.<br />
The position demands strong leadership but the candidate must also be a team player. He/she therefore will need to demonstrate experience in leadership and/or management positions and possess excellent communication skills.<br />
Experience in staff training and mentoring would be advantageous.<br />
Networking, ability to interact with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector at senior country levels are essential requirements.<br />
Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary organization would be advantageous.<br />
The position demands good oral and written communication skills and fluency in English.<br />
General information: Initial appointment is for two years. IITA offers a competitive remuneration package paid in US dollars. This is a regional position and is open to nationals and residents of Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia and Nigeria.<br />

<strong>Description:</strong></p>
<p>Hires, trains and manages members of the customer service department. Resolves difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters. Works closely with managers in other departments, such as sales, to develop accounts, and update policies and procedures for client services.</p>
<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>The main focus of the customer service manager is to satisfy the needs of every customer. The work of the customer service manager has to be performed at various levels right from initial level of dealing with customers at the reception to the higher level to make the top management aware of the expectations and need of the customers.</p>
<p> Employee Supervision: The CSM is to supervise all the employees of customer service which includes checking the performance, work efficiency, punctuality and above all, the duties of his team of customer representatives</p>
<p> Customer Service: The CSM is responsible to ensure excellent customer service levels are provided by the company at all times and in all geographies. Special attention is given to the practices for customer service like listening to the customers, making suggestions, keeping the promises and ensuring that they are performed in an excellent manner which are key to good customer service.</p>
<p> Client Retention &#038; Escalation: The CSM will be overall responsible for the retention and development of existing and newly landed clients. He will also be the point of escalation for clients who are not satisfied or confused about the service.</p>
<p> Sale Opportunities: The CSM is responsible for identifying and developing further sale opportunities with existing clients and support the sales team to capture these opportunities, and deliver the agreed services to the satisfaction of the client.</p>
<p> Customer Service Employee Development: The CSM is responsible to training and develop the CS team. His duty is to ensure that the employees possess the required knowledge regarding the services we deliver, values, expectations, rules and regulations of the job, as well as are of the right caliber to deliver the services to the satisfaction of the clients.</p>
<p> Targets and Goals: The CSM will be tasked to meet growth, CM1 and service level targets as set regularly. This includes increasing the customer satisfaction ratings of the company by providing good service to clients.</p>

<p>The Country Finance Manager in Madagascar is part of the DAMCO Logistics Management team, reporting to the Managing Director</p>
<p>The Country Finance Manager is primarily responsible for following:<br />
·  Prepare the monthly Financial reporting and delivering complete, accurate and timely management information to all stake holders according to set deadlines<br />
·  Prepare and coordinate the country board files, monthly reports, book close and yearly budgets<br />
·  Prepare and ensure that the monthly reconciliations are done to justify all the balance sheet accounts;<br />
·  Ensure proper accounting and financial controls and ensure that procedures are in place in compliance with local regulations and partner agreements<br />
·  Be able to discuss and negotiate with Banks and other Financial Institutions for finding solutions on day to day business needs.<br />
·  Ensure timely payment of Tax dues like taxes on salaries, turnover tax, tax on profits, etc.<br />
·  Coordinate on all internal and external audits which include local, Cluster and Area audits.<br />
·  Plan and prepare for respecting the local statutory formalities with regard to holding of the Board meeting and Annual General Meetings.  Timely update of the statutory records relating to changes in the Corporate Structure.<br />
·  Develop and implement procedures to enhance internal controls<br />
·  Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required<br />
·  Show aggressive initiative to reduce costs and improve profitability<br />
·  Optimal use of the cash resources and ensure there is proper balance between cost vs benefit.<br />
·  Own the risk management process<br />
·  Develop a strong Finance team to promote and bring in performance efficiency.<br />
·  Assist the management on strategies, Project Investment analysis and administrative matters and add business value as and when required</p>
<p>REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IDEAL CANDIDATE</p>
<p>·  Degree in accounting or country equivalent<br />
·  Post-graduation in Finance/Management will be an added advantage.<br />
.  Min 5 years of experience in equivalent position<br />
·  Good exposure in Finance and Accounting with strong analytical skills<br />
·  Should possess a decent IT background and have excellent computer working knowledge.<br />
.  Should be able to work on multiple work related systems and be fast to adapt to changes.<br />
·  Capability to work out project/investment analysis and be able to use the different project evaluation techniques.<br />
·  Excellent knowledge of local tax laws is necessary particularly with respect to TVA and its applicability to the existing business scenario.<br />
·  People management skills<br />
·  Good communication skills both written and spoken<br />
·  Fluent in English and French<br />
·  Self-driven, Quality and Result oriented<br />
·  Strong team player with focus on motivating and further developing the Finance team<br />
·  Thrive under pressure to meeting deadlines as set by the Management</p>

<strong>Responsibilities </strong><br />
–  Manage the accounting sections with the aim of achieving the finance department objectives as stipulated by the Cluster Manager throughout the Cluster. Structure tasks and goals, establish efficient courses of action, set priorities, organize information, efficiently execute daily tasks with following considerations:<br />

–  Monitor general ledger postings, ensuring that accounting records are accurate and established standards, both local and APMM GAP, are adhered to. This specifically includes for all entities throughout the Cluster (but is not limited to):<br />
Checking subsidiary ledgers and supporting documentation<br />
Reviewing reconciliation entries<br />
Making accurate and appropriate accruals<br />
–  Execute the development and implementation of IT-financial systems, with a focus on using all relevant functionalities of the IT-financial systems. Strive towards reduction of section workload through implementation of IT solution is close co-operation with the Cluster Manager.<br />
–  Develop financial and accounting policies, standard operation procedures and guidelines within area of responsibility including accounting and other major areas throughout the Cluster.<br />
–  Oversee the preparation of statutory reporting in direct liaison with company auditors. Co-ordinates auditing of company accounts with external auditors in accordance with guidelines stipulated by the Cluster Manager throughout the Cluster.<br />
–  Continuous development of own knowledge to ensure full awareness of the budgeting and reporting section as well as a solid background in finance industry business in general.<br />
–  Maintain and enhance relationships between departments.<br />
–  The position will be responsible for setting and achieving the financial objectives, within the strategy and business plans of the Cluster.<br />
–  The position is required to continuously analyze complex issues and work towards enhancements on existing practices &#038; procedures and find means to better cost management for Cluster.<br />
–  Establish and enforce procedures to improve working routines, provide high quality and valuable information and analyses to aid decision making, achieve efficiencies in terms of costs and ensure that all subjects relating to the financials of the Cluster are dealt with in the most efficient manner.<br />
–  Lead and co-ordinate the risk management strategy of  the Cluster and makes recommendations to  the Cluster Manager and management team in the risk assessment and management process.<br />
–  Financial supervision of projects including but not limited to investment contracts througout the Cluster.<br />
–  Ensure that matters within scope of responsibility comply with local Law, Local Regulations and APMT’s Strategy and Culture througout the Cluster.<br />
–  Ensure and establish proper internal controls and manage financial issues relating to shareholders and the Cluster Manager.<br />
–  Manage key suppliers to ensure that cost effective solutions are provided for the Cluster.<br />
–  Ensure that a proper inventory management system is in place throughout the Cluster.<br />
–  Manage, motivate, coach and instruct departmental staff and fosters interdepartamental communication and co-operation throughout the Cluster.<br />

<p><strong>Critical qualifications /Skills/Experience  </strong><br />
–  The position requires a professional standard of knowledge to lead teams through functional/general expertise in the finance and associated functions.<br />
–  Completed post-graduate studies in Accountancy or Finance management or related business studies.<br />
–  Minimum 5 years in finance roles including management experience.<br />
–  Extensive knowledge of setting of budgets, reporting, inventory control systems and accounting.<br />
–  Understanding of the container shipping industry and an ability to relate with shipping company and other associated industry managers.<br />
–  Able to provide vision and empowers others to take action by effectively delegating.<br />
–  Ability to provide leadership, obtain cooperation and assistance to meet objectives, and promote a team environment.<br />
–  Requires good verbal and written communications skills, in addition to effective interpersonal skills.<br />
–  Requires excellent analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.<br />
–  Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment<br />
–  Must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.<br />
–  Have the ability to develop according to the business &#038; management needs, but also to initiate change.<br />

<p><strong>Position Title:</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Youth  Reproductive Health Technical Advisor (YRH –TA)<br /><strong>Location:</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monrovia, with frequent travels to other counties in Liberia<br /><strong>Reports to:</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Country  Representative</div>
<div class="style29"><strong>POSITION  SUMMARY:</strong><br />The Youth Reproductive Health Technical Advisor, based in Liberia, will provide overall leadership and technical direction for an anticipated US$3.5, 4-year USAID-funded Youth RH Program to improve reproductive health awareness and accessibility to reproductive health services for youth in Liberia. This position is contingent on funding.</div>
<div class="style29"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br />The Technical Advisor will manage the implementation of an anticipated USAID four year, $3.5 million youth reproductive health program. Duties include:</div>
<ul class="style29" type="disc">
<li>Provide technical (clinical and non-clinical)       leadership on the provision of family planning services. </li>
<li>Train project staff about project interventions and ensure programs adhere to current, internationally accepted health service delivery norms and standards. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Facilitate south-to-south training and technical assistance to improve the capacity, impact and/or cost effectiveness of PSI’s family planning service delivery programs.</li>
<li>Coordinate with RH partners and other PSI platforms in the design of FP/RH       programs.&nbsp; </li>
<li>Provide technical and managerial oversight for a network of family planning and other reproductive health service providers including clinics, pharmacies and mobile educators; </li>
<li>Manage Youth RH staff and distribution of RH       commodities in both private and public sectors in targeted counties;</li>
<li>Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns around family planning &nbsp;and other youth reproductive health issues; </li>
</ul>
<ul class="style29" type="disc">
<li>Manage external relations       with donor, government, NGOs, health clinics, and pharmacies; </li>
<li>Mentor       and develop local staff capacity in project planning, marketing,       budgeting, and fundraising; </li>
<li>Aid       Youth RH team in providing input and training assistance for national       partners; </li>
<li>Fund-raise for       existing and new activities; </li>
<li>Complete financial and       other reporting as required by donors and PSI/Washington; </li>
</ul>
<ul class="style29" type="disc">
<li>Manage/Mentor one of the following Units/Systems Areas: Operations, Procurement and Logistics, Marketing and Sales, Research and Metrics, Finance to support platform capacity building efforts.</li>
</ul>
<div class="style29"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><br />A Master’s degree or higher in relevant subject areas, preferably in public health, a clinical discipline and/or population studies is required.</div>
<ul class="style29" type="disc">
<li>Proven record of excellent management, leadership, decision making       and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>At least 8 years experience with voluntary family planning and reproductive health projects, particularly service delivery projects targeted for youth.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience building the capacity of in-country platforms and organizations to improve family planning projects.</li>
<li>Experience that demonstrates a sound understanding of male and female gender roles and how they are integrated into FP programs is preferred.</li>
<li>Two years experience living or working in a developing country is       highly desirable.</li>
<li>Effective English oral and written communications skills. </li>
<li>Familiarity with USAID Reproductive Health programs, policies and       practices preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with Youth- and Gender-centered approaches to Sexual       and Reproductive Health interventions also preferred.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li>
