Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of the company’s equipments. Applicants must not be more than 30 years old and possess a National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least two (2) years experience or City & Guild certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least three (3) years experience preferably from a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the incumbent will be expected to organise, manage and motivate a pool of technicians to meet the mechanical maintenance issues pertaining to utilities in the company. Applicants must not be more than 35 years old and must possess an HND/BSc in Mechanical Engineering with at least three (5) years experience in the pharmaceutical / manufacturing industry. AUTOMATION ENGINEER
The Role
This position exists in our subsidiary company DIL/MALTEX based in Agbara, Ogun state.The candidate for the position is being sourced on behalf of DIL/MALTEX.The Automation Engineer will be based in Agbara and will report to the Chief Engineer. He/she will be responsible for ensuring maximum availability and optimum condition of all electrical, automation and instrumentation devices, to ensure sustained operation. He will also ensure safety of all electrical and automation equipment.

The Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have (or meet) the following:
Minimum of BSc degree, second class honours (lower division) or HND (lower credit) in Automation/Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 3years experience,preferably in an FMCG environment
Sound knowledge in Control and Automation/Electrical system
Ability to read electrical/panel drawings
Knowledge of Simantic Automation package
Should have working knowledge of PLC,SCADA,HMI, DRIVES,Instrumentation knowledge of programming&Troubleshooting in Siemens(S5/S7 Series) is preferable
Good technical knowledge of packaging and brewing equipment
Experience with set-up of planned maintenance systems
Not more than 4oyears of age ast at 1st January 2010.
Ability to work with computer systems and softwares-MS Word ,MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, AutoCAD and the internet

Role Summary/Purpose

The Lead Field Service Engineer will be in charge of pre-defined operation, installation, maintenance, testing, adjustment; troubleshooting and technical assistance based on good engineering, manufacturing, installation and operation practices as applicable to upstream oil exploration/production equipment and in accordance with contractual work scope requirements.

* Operation, Installation or maintenance of company equipment (Wellheads, Valves, Specialty
Connections & Piping, Production trees, Chokes, EDP/LRP etc.) in accordance with the company’s
recommended procedures, methods & guides
* Comprehensive job preplanning including all logistics, tooling, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), & technical work scopes applicable to assignments
* Use of company e-tools to retrieve technical documents and management of packing list, bill of
materials, drawings, prior job reports etc.
* The proactive interface between all functions of the company and our customers concerning
technical, operational & EHS challenges as applicable to any assignment
* Perform Coaching of entry and professional level FSE’s.
* Assess their technical competence and make appropriate recommendations
* Timely completion of all post job and administrative duties including but not limited to customer and
service reports, timesheets, job debriefs and tooling tracking.
* Safe & compliant performance of all activities inline with the company’s and our customer’s
environmental health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures
