The position must achieve the Merchandising objectives as it relates to the CVS Strategic plan. They are responsible for attaining budgeted sales, gross margin, FS penetration goals, and GMROII. Business Managers are responsible for searching out new, competitive opportunities for CVS within the assigned category and driving the business to ensure a sales leadership position for CVS.
