Customer Service Manager &#8211; Damco, Cairo, Egypt<br />
<strong>Description:</strong></p>
<p>Hires, trains and manages members of the customer service department. Resolves difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters. Works closely with managers in other departments, such as sales, to develop accounts, and update policies and procedures for client services.</p>
<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>The main focus of the customer service manager is to satisfy the needs of every customer. The work of the customer service manager has to be performed at various levels right from initial level of dealing with customers at the reception to the higher level to make the top management aware of the expectations and need of the customers.</p>
<p> Employee Supervision: The CSM is to supervise all the employees of customer service which includes checking the performance, work efficiency, punctuality and above all, the duties of his team of customer representatives</p>
<p> Customer Service: The CSM is responsible to ensure excellent customer service levels are provided by the company at all times and in all geographies. Special attention is given to the practices for customer service like listening to the customers, making suggestions, keeping the promises and ensuring that they are performed in an excellent manner which are key to good customer service.</p>
<p> Client Retention &#038; Escalation: The CSM will be overall responsible for the retention and development of existing and newly landed clients. He will also be the point of escalation for clients who are not satisfied or confused about the service.</p>
<p> Sale Opportunities: The CSM is responsible for identifying and developing further sale opportunities with existing clients and support the sales team to capture these opportunities, and deliver the agreed services to the satisfaction of the client.</p>
<p> Customer Service Employee Development: The CSM is responsible to training and develop the CS team. His duty is to ensure that the employees possess the required knowledge regarding the services we deliver, values, expectations, rules and regulations of the job, as well as are of the right caliber to deliver the services to the satisfaction of the clients.</p>
<p> Targets and Goals: The CSM will be tasked to meet growth, CM1 and service level targets as set regularly. This includes increasing the customer satisfaction ratings of the company by providing good service to clients.</p>
<p><strong> Main requirements for the position holder are:</strong></p>
<p>·          5-7 years of experience in customer service delivery in a multinational company<br />
·          3-4 years of experience in leading and managing a team<br />
·          Excellent communication and negotiation skills<br />
·          Perfect command of English and Arabic<br />
·          Self-driven, extroverted personality that likes to work with and through people inside and outside the company.<br />

The Associate/Investment Officer s responsibilities will include origination and support of new transactions, as well as supervision of an assigned portfolio of projects in the CGF cluster.<br />Duties and Accountabilities:<br />Developing a thorough understanding of the financial markets sector including commercial banks, leasing companies, microfinance banks etc. and establish in-depth relationships with key regional and local market players.<br />Evaluating the early attractiveness of specific transactions and making recommendations for IFC s investments.<br />Participating in teams for due diligence of companies/projects for potential financing, with a strong focus on credit and asset quality. <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br /><strong>Road Safety Standards</strong><br />* Research / benchmark best practices in leading organizations</p>
<p>* Adapt/develop regional Road Safety systems and procedures for all in-bound raw materials and outbound finished goods in Lafarge cement operations</p>
<p>* Develop road safety standards compliance assessment tool and assess the gaps in business units</p>

<p>The Marine Superintendent has two specific functions.<br />He will handle all marine matters regarding EDC’s offshore units and activities. He will act as Tow Master during offshore rig moves when there is no Tow Master assigned to undertake this duty.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.dafricanscholarships.blogspot.com/">[scholarships]</a><br />When acting as Towmaster or in conjunction with the assigned Towmaster he will take care of or assist with all normal duties undertaken by the Towmaster. These duties will be all pre move requirements and arrangements including, but not limited to, the timely preparation and submission of a move plan, approval of the location to which the rig is to be moved, acceptance of suitability of rig for water depth at proposed location, acceptance of seabed surveys where required, and jointly with Rig Manager, the provision of weather forecasts, arrangement of cores to be taken of the seabed at the new location if required and where appropriate, the suitability of the platform over which the rig will work. Jointly with Warranty Surveyors and Tow Master he will approve and accept all boats and anchor handlers which will be used during the move with regard to validity of bollard pull certification, standard and competence of boat crews and general seaworthiness.</p>
<p>When acting as Tow Master for the duration of the actual jacking and move operation, including jacking and pre-loading operations on the new location, he shall be responsible for the safety and overall move operation of the rig in question, final decision on weather suitability before commencing rig move operations, jacking operation, watertight integrity of the vessel, position and utility of anchor handlers, management and disposition of vessel whilst under tow, decision on when final approach shall be made to the new location, jacking and preloading operations and de-mobilization of all personnel and equipment required to complete the move in a timely manner.<br />All post move requirements and arrangements, including but not limited to, ensuring that all move and jacking operations are completed, the rig is handed over to Drilling Operations or the rig OIM, a final move report is submitted and any post move de-brief required by either EDC or client is done.</p>
<p>When acting as Towmaster, he reports directly to the CEO for matters concerning the move, otherwise he will report to the Offshore Operations Manager.</p>
<p>When acting as Marine Superintendent he will, for all the company’s offshore rigs, both owned and managed, in conjunction with the Rig Manager, be responsible for all marine and general safety aspects. These duties will be closely coordinated with Operations Department management.<br /><strong>Duties</strong> <br /><strong>As Marine Superintendent:</strong><br />2.1 Shall overlook the marine side of the operation in cooperation with the Offshore Rig Manager.<br />2.2 Shall ensure that all rig classification certificates and surveys are kept up to date.<br />2.3 Shall ensure that all governmental instruction and certificates are followed and kept up to date.<br />2.4 Shall ensure all safety measures are taken with regard to the marine operation.</p>
<p>2.5 Shall ensure that general safety equipment such as fire fighting and escape facilities are in the first class condition.</p>
<p><strong>As Tow Master:</strong><br />2.6 Shall collect the necessary information for the upcoming rig moves, arrange for the premove meetings and arrange insurance surveyors for move attendance in cooperation with the Rig Manager.</p>
<p>2.7 Shall ensure that the rig is prepared for the rig move, with respect to equipment and sea worthiness.</p>
<p>2.8 Shall be in charge of the actual rig move operation, as from the time the rig is signed over from the Tool Pusher to the Tow Master and until the time it is signed back over to the Tool Pusher. </p>
<p>2.9 Shall arrange post move meetings with Operators&#8217; Representatives and Insurance Surveyors as needed.</p>
<p>2.10 Shall follow EDC Safety Management System Procedures and Instructions.</p>
<p><strong>Required Skills</strong>:<br />Extensive knowledge of Marine Operations with specific regard to Jack Up rigs.<br />Unlimited Master Mariner certification.</p>
<p>Highly experienced as Tow Master.</p>

The Finance Assistant/Analyst s responsibilities would be assigned to assist the Investment and the Advisory Services Operations in MENA in the duties and responsibilities mentioned below.<br /><strong>Duties and Accountabilities:</strong></p>
<p>The Finance Assistant/Analyst will perform the following duties for Investment and Advisory Services operations, but not limited to: &#8211; Preparation and/or review of the Investment and Advisory Services department s monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports &#8211; Assist the Regional Department in managing, monitoring and reporting on all department resources (i.e. budget, staff, reimbursable, chargeback and cross-charging) &#8211; Conduct monthly review of Facility/Program expenses for accuracy, budget availability and compliance &#8211; Monitors and analyses cost effectiveness performance at the unit, activity, product, and project levels.
