Qualifications/Requirements
- Must Have 5-7 years experience in managing 4-star Hotel Operations with relevant qualifications.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and Oral), computer literate, highly presentable and be able to lead by example.
- Must be proactive and innovative and be able to work under pressure
- Must be ready to promote and market the business actively
- Must have exprience overseeing functions especially weddings
- Must have budgeting and financial management experience

1. Food & beverage manager
direct and organize the food & beverage function within the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize profits.

Requirements:
a. High school or equivalent education required. Bsc degree preferred
b. Minimum of 5 years experience in overall food & beverage operation as well as management experience. Culinary, sales and service background required.

2. Sous chef
train, ssupervise and work with all cook and culinary staff in order to prepare, cook and present food according to hotel standard recipes in order to create quality food products.

Requirements:
a. High school or equivalent education required. Culinary or apprenticeship program preferred
b. Minimum two years sous chef experience required. Prior supervisory experience required. Previous hospitality experience preferred.

3. Chef de partie
under the general guidance & supervision of the sous chef in charge of the assigned area, responsible for the preparation of cold foods, sauce, dressings, food display’s buffet set ups or as required
