A well -established Food and Beverages Company and a member of a leading conglomerate with office in Sango-Ota, Ogun State is seeking to recruit vibrant, dynamic and self-motivated candidates to fill the following vacancies:

DISTRICT SALES MANAGER
A district Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising and co-ordinating a team of sales representatives in a given territory. He is also expected to generate business through good marketing skills, which will attract patronage from customers. He should have good personal and communication skills, understand the elements of sales and should be able to work and manage others. He or she will report to the RSM

Qualification:
BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any of the Social Sciences.

Experience:
At least 5-7 years relevant experience in a similar positions. He/She should possess a valid driving licence

AGE:
Not more than 30 years

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

A sales representative will be responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy in his/her territory to achieve the volume and market share target. He or she should be able to work independently to promote, sell and represent four group brands in a professional manner. He/she will report to District Sales Manager

Qualification:
BSc or HND(Second Class Lower) in Marketing, Business Administration or any of the Social Sciences.

Experience:
At least 2years relevant experience in a similar positions. He/She should possess a valid driving licence

AGE:
Not more than 26 years

OPERATOR MECHANICS
Qualification:
Trade Trade I & II or City&Guids(C&G) Part I or WAEC Technical or OND Mechanical

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years

AFE: 25-30

INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN
Qualification:
OND Electrical/Electronics

Experience: 3- 5years

AGE: 25-30years

FITTER MECHANICS
Qualification:
Trade Trade I & II or City&Guids(C&G) Part I or WAEC Technical or OND Mechanical

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years

AFE: 25-30

Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as MS office applications.

Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organisational objectives.
Maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel- related activities such as hires, terminations, transfers, performance appraisals and promotions, as well as absenteeism rates.

Develops and/or administers special projects in areas such as pay equity, employee welfare packages, savings bond programs, day-care, and employee awards.
The HR Manager oversees vendors providing employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service, and is capable of handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with other.

A degree in Law with 2 years minimum work experience can be a good advantage.

Minimum Requirements:

* MS/MA in business administration, social sciences or related field with 1-3 years relevant experience in a business setting or B.Sc/BA with 3-5 years relevant experience
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal and computer (Excel and spreadsheet) skills
* Demonstrated success in multicultural environment
* Experience and good working knowledge of USAID and Global Fund contracts and grants regulations will be an advantage.

Job Description

Provides company wide set of activities that would positively motivate the workforce towards achieving the company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

* Assists in the initiation and formulation of HR policies and procedures for the Company with regards to:
* Management of Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection and Placement Process.
* Performance Management, Identifying Training and Development needs Analysis and Development of Training Plans.
* Design of Induction courses.
* Performance Management.
* Employees’ Statistics Management.
* Staff Discipline and Grievance Procedure.
* Internal communication
* Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.
* Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
* Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budget.
* Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
* Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.

Qualification & experience

* Candidates should possess a good first degree in the Social Sciences, Humanities, or Law.
* A higher degree would be a distinct advantage.
* The successful candidate must have a minimum 4 -5 years experience in HR practice.
* Membership of the Chattered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria essential.
* Manufacturing especially fabrication experience would be a distinct advantage, as would exposure to a well structured environment.
* Thorough knowledge of Programme Planning, implementation and evaluation principles, practices and procedures
* Should have good analytical and numeracy skills.
* Good supervisory skills, ability to provide reasoned advise to superiors and ability to motivate subordinate staff.
* Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with people in a polite, courteous and cooperative manner with high standards of ethical conduct.
