-1. Network Support Analysts (2 Positions):

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide technical support in network design, security and administration.
Identify and implement changes to network infrastructure to improve performance reliability or availability.
Resolve complex network problems in a VLAN/LAN/WAN environment.
Perform minor repair and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
Ensure network documentation as per ISO policies.

Qualifications and Skills

2. Assistant Systems administrators (2 Positions):

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the installation and updating of Microsoft software’s, Antivirus software and other in-house systems.

The applicant will be responsible for providing customer support, assessment and resolution of all in-house systems,
Ensure proper documentation of any change in systems management procedures.

3. Web Designer /Programmer (1 Position):

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the designing, development and implementation of the company’s website.
Updating of the company’s website, blog and social networking sites, and posting news and press releases.
Coordinate and post updates to company’s mailing list.
Analysis, design, programming and implementation of in-house web based computer systems in consultation with the senior programmer.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer/ client database.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.
IT Certifications an added advantage.
Knowledge of open source web software’s and other web technologies desired
Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, AJAX, PHP, CSS and web standards.
Ability to design and implement a web based system under the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and Apache) platform.

4. IT Support Technicians (2 Positions):

Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment and data;
Installs, assemble and configure computer systems, printers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals;
Assist in hardware and software acquisition recommendations including helping users assess needs and providing justification for equipment and services;
Assists with the planning, design, research and acquisition of new or upgraded hardware and software systems;
Maintains current knowledge of hardware, software and network technology and recommend modifications as necessary.
Maintains and manages the users help desk and maintaining the inventory of the company’s ICT equipments.

Qualifications and experience

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or its equivalent.
Relevant certifications; A +, N +, CCNA, or a Higher Diploma will be an added advantage.
At least one (1) year relevant working experience in a similar position.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Aged above 24 years

5. ICT Internship/ Trainee Positions (3 Positions):

The following three (3) internship positions will be provided to student’s pursuing a diploma or degree in IT or related field. The internship period should be between two (2) to three (3) months.Note: Only transport and lunch allowance will be provided.

5.1 Website Design Intern (1 Positions):

Qualifications and Skills

Must be Pursuing a Diploma or degree in IT with a bias to web design or graphic design
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Flash
Ability to work with Dreamweaver and any CMS will be an added advantage
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to learn and excel in new technologies.

5.2 IT Support Intern (2 Positions):
