Job Title: SUPERVISOR PRODUCTION
Ref No: SPROD62010
Location: Lagos
Job Specification:
• Ensure effective and efficient coordination of production operations
• Ensure that daily shift target are met with minimal wastage and optimal output
• Ensure that packaging and raw materials are always available
• Liaise with QA inspectors to ensure that the required product specification is adhered to always.
• Allocate work stations to all shift operatives and ensure that all operatives are well engaged
• Monitor and coordinate production operatives to achieve optimum utilization and output.
• Monitor and ensure that adequate utility support is provided during production operations
• Ensure strict compliance with general manufacturing practices(GMP)
• Preparation of daily shift OEE
• Presentation of daily production figures for verification
Competence Requirements
Knowledge of production policies and procedure
Understanding of GMP and HACCP
Reconciliation and Report Writing
Reports to : Coordinator-Production
Qualification
BSc (Minimum second class lower) HND(lower credit) in any of the following : Microbiology , Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry and Food Tech or related courses.
Person Specification:
3years cognate work experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.

Coordinator – Corporate Procurement (CCP032010)

Job Specification
• To ensure procurement activities deliver on-time, reliable services to related stakeholders at optimum cost.
• Support the development and implementation of effective procurement strategies for the business.
• Management and development of local suppliers for the selected functions within the organization.
• Develop and implement Suppliers Evaluation! Assessment process.
• Support supplier selection process and Carry out registration of suppliers for the affected functions.
• Undertake Price negotiation with related suppliers to ensure great value for the organization.
• Daily management of Procurement data base and performance tracker and reporting process.
• Development and implementation of contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Promote professional and ethical relationships with suppliers.
• Educating vendors and internal customers on relative terms and conditions.
• Project lead for procurement related (and other) strategic initiatives.

Competency Requirements
• Good understanding of key demand drivers
• Supply Chain Management

Qualification

Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain, with at least 2 years in a procurement function.

• Responsibility for driving changes and implementing effective strategies for the organization’s Procurement operations.
• Management and development of local suppliers for PNG
• Use KPI reports to drive process improvement within the procurement team.
• Develop and implement Suppliers Evaluation/Assessment process.
• Lead Supplier selection process and carry out registration of suppliers.
• Undertake Price negotiation with related suppliers to ensure great value for the organization.
• Daily Management of Procurement data base
• Carry out root cause analysis on key loss areas within procurement process
• Development and implementation of contracts with suppliers and service providers •lead the team in developing and implementing cost saving initiatives.
• Promote professional, strategic and ethical relatIonships with suppliers
• Educating vendors and internal customers on relative terms and conditions

Reports to General Manager-Logistics

Qualification
B.Sc (Minimum second class lower), HND (lower credit) in any social science discipline. An MBA will be an added advantage.

Person Specification
7 years experience in supply chain, with at least 3 years in a procurement function. Cross-functional experience will be a significant advantage.
