• Receive Cash/Cheques And Issue Receipts To Clients
• Payment Of Vouchers After Approval
• Make Entries For Cash/Receipts Into The System
• Prepare Daily And Monthly Cash Reconciliations/Reports

Qualifications, Experience, And Competencies For Positions 1-3 Above:
• Hnd/B.Sc In The Accounting/Banking & Finance/Business Administration + Professional Qualification (Pe I, Pe Ii Etc)
• Minimum Of Six(6) Years Relevant Experience
• Good Knowledge Of Excel And Ms Word
• Tally Experience Preferred
• Must Be Willing To Work Long Hours With Minimum Supervision
• Must Not Be Less Than 30 Years Of Age For 3 Above.

4. Workshop Supervisor(S)
• Oversee Repairs And Maintenance Of Vehicles
• Ensure Good Operational And Safety Standards
• Manage The Workshop Staff

5. Sr Mechanic(S), Mechanic(S), Asst Mechanic(S) & Trainee(S)
• Repair And Maintain Diesel Commercial Vehicles And Petrol Cars.

6. Electrician(S), Asst Electrician(S) And Trainee(S).
• Repair And Maintain Electrical / Electronic Parts Of Diesel Commercial Vehicles And Petrol Cars With Air Conditioners.

7. Wheel Balancing / Alignment Technician(S).
• Wheel Balancing /Alignment Of Car & Truck Wheels With Electronic Machines; Rectify Problems In Wheels, Etc.

8. Workshop Admin Assistants
• Prepare/Manage Internal Requisitions For Parts, Tools Crib, Warranty Parts, Oil Room, Vehicle Inventory, Etc.

9. Truck/Car Driver(S)
• Drive Truck/Car In A Professional/Safe Manner And Always Wearing Seat Belt.
• Always Complete The Truck/Vehicle Log Book On Each Trip
• Follow Up Safety Regulations And Procedures
• Routine Truck/Car Check And Timely Reporting Of Faults
• Must Have A Valid Driving License And Have Driven For Not Less Than Three (3) Years

Qualifications, Experience, And Competencies For Positions 4-8 Above:
• Hnd Or B.Sc Or City And Guilds In Relevant Engineering Field For 4 Above
• Wasc, Ond, Nabteb Or Technical College Graduates In Relevant Engineering Field For 5-8 Above
• Minimum Of Five(5) Years Experience In Automobile Workshop
• Must Not Be Less Than 28 Years Of Age
• Knowledge Of Computer Is Required For 4, 7 And 8 Above.

C. Spare Parts Department
10. Spare Parts Store Supervisor(S)
• Oversee The Spare Parts Store By Ensuring Good Inventory And Internal Controls
• Prepare Spare Parts Orders Based On Consumption Pattern
• Control Spare Parts Issues To Workshop And Sales To Customer.

11. Stores Clerk/Assistant(S)
• Handle Spare Parts Transactions Like Inwards And Outwards Movement Of Spare Parts And Checking Inventory
• Prepare And Update Bin Cards
• Handle Sales Counter & Workshop Issues Counter, Etc.

12. Picker(S)
• Assist The Store Keeper In Proper Arrangement Of Materials In The Spare Parts Store. Jobs Involved Will Be Checking Incoming Parts, Binning Of The Same, Issuing Correct Parts To Workshop And Outside Customers. Etc.

Qualifications, Experience, And Competencies For Positions 10 – 12 Above
• Hnd/B.Sc In Store Management Or Any Relevant Field For 10 Above
• Wasc, Ond, Nabteb Or Technical College Graduates In Relevant Engineering Field For 11-12 Above.
