JOB DESCRIPTION ·        Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements ·        Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities ·        Manage day to day operational aspects of project and scope ·        Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately ·        Understand basic revenue models, P/L and cost to completion projections and make decisions accordingly ·        Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilizations SKILLS ·        Ability to identify business development and add-on sales opportunities as they relate to specific project ·        Leads proposals efforts including completion and project scoping ·        Ability to facilitate team and client meeting effectively ·        Understand internet, intranet, extranet and client/server architecture ·        Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements QUALIFICATIONS ·        Candidate must be certified Associate in Project Management ·        Project management professional certification is an added advantage ·        3-5 years experience in Project Management
