Responsibilities / Output:
Efficiently planning and performing work in accordance with client requirements and professional standards. Providing, seeking and using timely guidance and meaningful feedback. Actively identifying and taking advantage of new opportunities for learning. Using appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques to establish relationships and gain acceptance of ideas or plans. Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of methods. Developing and applying a high level of technical/professional skills and knowledge. Increasing the breadth and depth of client relationships.

Competencies / Skills:
1-2 years of professional experience either in corporate/ project finance, financial consulting, law, economics or accountancy. An undergraduate degree and / or a professional qualification (possession of an MBA or a CFA qualification would be an advantage). Familiar with IFRS accounting principles and financial analysis methods. First-rate modelling and numerical skills. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills. Ambitious to work regionally. Experience in the infrastructure sectors (telecoms, energy/power, transport and/or water) and in the financial services sectors will be an added advantage.
