<p>1. Delivering KPI’s for distributor business as agreed and reviewed regularly with MFT and distributor teams: these include, CFR and MC (service level) for distributor business, distributor inventory and shelf out of stock for certain stores</p>
<p>2. Delivering joint forecasts with distributors that ensure product availability: including management of allocations, replenishment of inventory and contingency action plans</p>
<p>3. Developing relationships: internally with the CBD Team and externally with the distributor’s organization</p>
<p>4. Improving and aligning inter-company processes: impact on product flow, information flow and financial flow, to reduce the cost and time on each</p>
<p>5. Increasing organizational capacity: actively work across the Team, P&amp;G and Customer Organizations to: achieve Team Effectiveness; build Customer Trust; role model behaviors and coach Customer and other P&amp;G resources (i.e. Buyers, CSRs, CTLCs) to deliver volume, profit, and share growth</p>
<p>6. Implementing logistics tools: linking and optimizing the cost, reliability and responsiveness of the Supply Network from P&amp;G to the Point of Sale (reducing non-value-added activities/costs)</p>
<p>7. Implementing logistics initiatives: lead deployment of Logistics and Customer initiatives including training and documentation, assist CBD distributor team with GBU initiatives and volume-building events which require special logistics support</p>
<p>8. Quantifying the customer’s logistics costs/savings and opportunities: lead quantification efforts to support reinvestment of logistics savings and help the CBD Team to commercialize these savings into volume and share growth opportunities via investment in CBD fundamentals</p>
<p>9. Review customization capability of distributors ( where applicable): work with QA team closely to ensure proper customization process exists and helps develop business growth</p>
<p>10. Assessing the distributor capability with GDA tools regularly : their logistics requirements, organization capabilities, warehouse management and work processes and systems, and manage the logistics action plans within MFT and distributor teams</p>
<p>11. <p>You report to the Corporate Finance Manager and are accountable for your job performance to him. You will also work closely with the Accounting Service Centre, and local Accounting contacts in West Africa.</p>
<p><a href="/">RESPONSIBILITIES:</a></p>
<p>The key areas of responsibility are as follows:</p>
<p>Lead financial statements completion and review.<br />Coordinate monthly balance sheet reconciliations (BSR) and P&#038;L review.<br />Coordinate and complete timely quarterly local book certification to the parent company.<br />Ensure Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and Statutory/Legal requirements are met.<br />Ensure consistency of local business processes with accounting policies and procedures. This includes understanding and application of local as well as US GAAP accounting standards and requirement.<br />Provide Local Management with all relevant accounting information in order to make the right business decisions, and fulfill statutory requirements.<br />Responsible for stewardship/risk mitigation in the Accounting area, specifically coordinate of all internal controls activities.<br />Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Accounting Shared Service Centre.<br />Coordinate external year-end audits.<br />Develop documentation for all Accounting related processes.<br /><a href="/">Qualifications</a></p>

<p>Description:</p>
<p>P&#038;G Key Account Manager is responsible for managing Procter &#038; Gamble Distributor Organization. The Distributor is P&#038;G’s key customer (Account) responsible for selling P&#038;G brands within designated area via sales representatives- Van Sales Rep, Market Sales Rep and Bike Sales Rep.</p>
<p>The KAM leads the distributor organization to deliver/exceed P&#038;G sales (volume) expectations. He/She is responsible for training/coaching the distributor sales reps to:</p>
<p>   1. Cover the required number of stores in the area<br />   2. Ensure all the different P&#038;G brands are always present and well displayed in every store and<br />   3. Encourage retailers/wholesalers to sell at P&#038;G recommended prices.</p>
<p>    * Given this important role, P&#038;G provides KAM with effective working tools, which include; a car, mobile phone and laptop with GPRS.<br />    * He/She reports directly to P&#038;G Unit Manager.</p>
<p>The key role/responsibilities of the KAM are divided into two:</p>
<p>   1. Building the Business- sales, coverage, display, competitive pricing and<br />   2. Building the Organization Capabilities- training, coaching, effective working tools and effective work environment.</p>

<p>1. Responsible for delivery/exceeding target sales for distributor organization.</p>
<p>2. Ensures all the different types of P&#038;G brands are always available in every store.</p>
<p>3. Ensures P&#038;G brands (in every store) have advantage over competition – in display, visibility and pricing</p>
<p>4. Responsible for identifying and developing new customers to ensure minimum 165 productive customers per van sales rep. This involves regular field training with sales reps to develop current customers and identify new ones.</p>
<p>5. Responsible for ensuring the distributor is selling to customers at agreed terms with P&#038;G. KAM is however not responsible for the distributor’s business decisions.</p>
<p>6. Responsible for ensuring the distributor sales reps are selling to retailers at the recommended retail prices.</p>
<p>7. Responsible for effective coverage of all the Open Markets in the area via regular tracking of results.</p>
<p>8. Responsible for perfect execution of all P&#038;G initiatives/promotions in the distributor locations</p>
<p>9. Responsible for perfect reporting to the Unit Manager and P&#038;G Office: Competitive information, sales level, total number of customers and expense reports.</p>

<p>1. Guides distributor on hiring, training and coaching sales reps to deliver organization objectives.</p>

<p>4. Responsible for energizing the sales team via effective morning meetings with sales reps.</p>
