Position: Sr. Territorial Marketing RepresentativeDescription: Recruit, appoint and train new agents in the field (San Francisco/Bay Area). Responsible for the ongoing management of agents in territories assigned. Responsible for the development plans of regions assigned, including premium and agency appointment projections as well as implementation and monitoring of goals and in-force agencies.

Requirements: Three to five years sales/marketing experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sales and/or insurance underwriting experience preferred. Must be able to travel during the course of duties.

Position: Lead Programmer Analyst
Description: Provide and ensure a secure control environment for all production applications libraries and data files; resolve production system problems as directed; capture both functional and non-functional business requirements using object oriented concepts and tools like rational rose; plan , design, develop implement and support of new or revised Java based systems & AS/400 Wrapper programming with Java applications; support Insurance Processing systems (WINS, NewBizNow, PolicyNow, AutoNow); contributes in Production support like Change Control, bug fixes and enhancement; create functional and technical specifications using property and causality business knowledge & Workflow Management system.; develop applicable programs using technologies and tools like J2EE, EJB, Servlets, JSP, Web Services, DB2, etc., provide technical training and support for other programmers; perform feasibility studies and project definition activities; establish, update and follow work standards and procedures for processes and products.

Requirements: Three years experience in Insurance or Financial Services. Five years of experience in Java/J2EE , EJB, Servlets, JSP, Hybernate, Spring Framework, Struts Framework, Web Services, LDAP, C, C++, VB.Net, ASP.Net ,COBOL programming and five years CL experience. One year experience programming with QUERY/400 report writer language. Must have experience in RDBMS with DB2 & SQL Server databases. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have working technical knowledge of four areas of Insurance, and working business knowledge of two areas of Insurance. Experience with CVS & ALDON is preferred. Masters Degree preferred.
